Mississippi Chapter of ASTD

The Mississippi Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) was founded in 1977. It is affiliated with the international organization of ASTD, which represents workplace learning and performance professionals in over 100 countries. 

Many of our local ASTD members are involved in workplace learning in non-profit companies, retail companies, healthcare, insurance, transportation, high-tech, government, and Fortune 500 organizations while others head their own consulting firms and still others are involved in higher education. 

If you are employed in one of the following areas, you are a prime candidate for membership in ASTD:
