Senior Consultant with BestBIZ, LLC
Position requires passionate entrepreneurial abilities. Clients are small to medium size businesses. Products and services are based on Business Performance with a focus on Team Performance. Turnkey products and services are delivered online and onsite in mass, and 1-on-1 in a consulting and service provider relationship. Candidates will demonstrate the ability to engage with business owners, evaluate business performance indicators affected by team performance, find the gaps, create strategies to close the gaps and execute. Business development is based on partnering with identified business membership groups with target clients, delivering compelling pre-designed presentations in seminar and webinar formats.
The position is territory protected. BestBIZ provides comprehensive training in all aspects of the business. Candidates are expected to earn a minimum monthly income of $15, 000 by the end of the first year and achieve $25,000 of monthly income by the end of the second year. Compensation packages can include commission only or draw on commission and employee benefits. Full time only.

Communications Specialist with Nissan North America, Inc., Canton
The qualified candidate will work with the Canton communications team in
the development and implementation of all communications activities.
He/she will also be responsible for assisting with daily communications
related to Quality of Management & Recognition/Appreciation of
Employees.
The person in this position will develop visual assets, including
PowerPoint presentations, video graphics and slides for the in-plant
television network; write internal communications, including weekly
employee newsletter, video scripting and company memos. They will
assist with company events and activities as related to training.
This person will work with the Quality of Management team to publish
content for the Quality of Management portion of the “Building Americas”
website. They will compile business updates to provide to managers,
compile feedback from focus groups sessions, benchmark best practices
with other companies, maintain database of ideas for appreciation and
recognition and serve as communications contact for Q of M
implementation team. They will also assist in creating training
materials for e-Learning projects.
This individual must have good verbal and written communication skills,
organizational skills, time management, knowledge of computer and
software, writing composition, proofreading, & visual asset
development.
Computer skills should include PowerPoint, word processing, and
spreadsheets to produce non-standard creative products. Experience with
Adobe products, such as Photoshop and In-Design is desired but not
required.
A four year degree is preferred but not required. A minimum of a two
year degree is required with at least two years of related experience.
